wget.exe

wget.exe, a win32 Wget 1.11.4 binary -- not located here, this is a link to a file on the remote site http://users.ugent.be/~bpuype/wget/ (the most up-to-date native win32 port that I can find). It is, says Bart Puype, the author of the page and the port: "compiled with MS Visual C++ and linked with OpenSSL 0.9.8i". This means no cygwin dll required, unlike the other frequently updated version.
